Well, there are apparently military schools, but from what I understand, those are more for young individuals who cause problems for their family.

Schools are places where the young of a family are sent to so that they may be educated, with a focus on mathematics and reading and writing. Some of them make uniforms mandatory so that there is less chance for a... dress code to be broken. I have read some literature that says it is to squash individuality however.
